Dresden, Germany: Solidarity with the Kurdish Freedom Struggle!

16.03.17: With the ban on the flag of the YPG, the YPJ Women’s Defense Units, the PYD (Democratic Union Party), YXK (Association of Students from Kurdistan) and flags with images of Abdullah Öcalan by the Minister of the Interior Thomas de Maizière, the Federal Government has once again acted as a facilitator for Turkey’s Erdogan Regime. They also agree with the chorus saying that the defense units and allies of the international anti-Daesh coalition are ‘offshoots’ of the supposedly ‘terrorist’ PKK.

For this reason we redecorated the ‘Golden Rider’ statue in Dresden (see photo) and once again declare our solidarity with the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which has been banned since 1993, Kurdish women and all Kurdish organizations affected by repression.

Bijî Kurdistan! End the PKK ban!
